Requirements to Become a Member of International Creatives Exchange (ICE)

Who can apply?

Open to the general public from all backgrounds: artists, designers, writers, musicians, cultural activists, creative entrepreneurs, academics, content creators, students, and anyone interested in creativity and innovation.

There are no age, nationality, or specific professional restrictions.


General Requirements

  • Have an interest or passion in creative and innovation fields, such as art, design, creative technology, tourism, fashion, crafts, film, music, culinary, or other creative sectors.
  • Support ICE’s mission to strengthen collaboration, idea exchange, and cross-country creative promotion.
  • Willing to actively contribute, for example by joining activities, discussions, workshops, exhibitions, or programs organized by ICE.
  • Uphold inclusivity and diversity, respecting cultures and ideas from various backgrounds.
  • Maintain professional ethics, safeguarding the good name of the organization and community.


Required Documents

  • Complete personal data (biodata & active contact)
  • Recent photo
  • A brief statement explaining your creative interests or motivation to join
  • (Optional) Portfolio of works or examples of creative contributions (if available)


Registration Process

  1. Fill out the official registration form available on the ICE website.
  2. Submit the required documents via email, ICE online system, or directly in person.
  3. Verification by the ICE team.
  4. Announcement of results via official email or directly.


Member Rights

  • Access to the international creative network.
  • Invitations to special events, exhibitions, or collaborations.
  • The right to use the logo with permission or carry the “Member ICE” title (according to regulations).
  • Receive a certificate and membership card (KTA).
  • Opportunities to showcase works on official ICE channels.


Member Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the organization’s code of ethics.
  • Actively participate in at least one program per year.
  • Help promote ICE activities within their community.
